Abbie Cornish, born 7 August 1982, in Australia She is an actress. Cornish's filmography features roles such in Heidi in Somersault 2004, Fanny Brawne, Sweet pea in Suckerpunch 2011, Lindy in Limitless 2011, Clara Murphy in RoboCop 2014 and Sarah in Geostorm 2017. She also worked with Martin McDonagh on Seven Psychopaths 2012 as well as Three Billboards outside Ebbing Missouri (2017). In the latter film, Cornish got her first Screen Actors Guild Award as part of the ensemble. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Jack Gilpin, who starred in Adventureland and The Mothman Prophecies among other films, was her father. Ann McDonough played the mother. Betty Gilpin was able to make the choice to be an actor due to the affection and support she had from both of her parents. When it came time for her to attend college, she chose Fordham College where she learned how to improve her craft. Following graduation, Gilpin started appearing in Off Broadway plays while auditioning for roles in TV and film. Gilpin was offered a small part on Ghost Town 2008 and The Northern Kingdom (2009). Also, she was a part of NBC's Law & Order: Criminal Intent between 2001 and. Gilpin landed mostly TV part-time roles in the next few years until her big break came in 2013, after she was cast as a regular character on Nurse Jackie. as she played Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin appeared in 34 episodes of the series before Nurse Jackie ended its run in June of 2015. The same year Gilpin was in the mystery thriller True Story (2015).
