Anne Phung Nguyen

Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in the beautiful Orange County California with my amazing fianc JP and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry. My Instagram account @annephung is where the majority of my followers are. I share my day-to-day life, both positive and negative. I came to America with my brother and parents in the year 1990. At just one and a half years old. older. I wouldn't be living my life and sharing it to you, if not for my parents love hard work and sacrifice. In the hope of having the best life possible I was determined to try my best to please them, and was focused on my success. I thought my future would unfold the same way as I graduated from college, land an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then get married and start with a family. My life that I imagined for myself wasn't what it turned out to be. 2013 was the year I realized the job I was in didn't feel like a good fit for me. While the pay and position was good however, I wasn't sure if it was fulfilling. Instead I felt that I was just spending my time. The year 2013 was when I discovered my love was exercising. I also enjoyed socializing and being able to assist other people. On the path towards this direction change in my life, I found the personal training I needed. This year I will celebrate the 7th year anniversary of my business. In 2014, I started my own small business. It is rare to find Asian women in the industry. My mission in this field is to build a more durable and healthy lifestyle that can meet the demands of my customers. Additionally, I'm committed to empowering others so they can reach their goals, pursue their passions and live the life of your dreams. While my professional life was taking off, I experienced the greatest loss of my life to datethat of losing my mom. After battling for eight years with the disease, she is at peace at Heaven. I will never forget her and continue to remember her in my mind and my heart. There is a lot we can learn from our experiences, though we may not be able to recognize it right now. My Mom's passing changed me in so many ways. I believe my mom offered me a second chance to be alive through her passing. On Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. It was now time for her to transition to her next chapter and my chance to live one that was meaningful and enjoyable. What I'm experiencing now at the age of 30 is an experience of aliveness and awareness. It feels like I am truly living, instead of just being. When I share my experience I hope my story will be a source of inspiration for yours. I hope that my words will aid you in understanding that you're never alone. I believe that you are blessed with the potential to accomplish everything you desire. My hope is that you experience life at the highest level and not have regrets when it comes to the final hours of your life. Death is our only certainty in life.
