Carla Gugino

Carla Gugino was an American actress who is known for her roles in Sally Jupiter, Ingrid Cortez and Dr. Vera Gorski as well as on the TV series 'Threshold' and Karen Sisco. Her filmography includes many other films such as 'Son in Law', 'Night in the Museum' as well as The Space Between Us, to name just a few. The voice of her has been included in various films. Gugino was the daughter of parents who are orthodontist and a mother "Bohemian" she was raised by her parents, who resided in separate houses when they divorced at the age of two. She remained an 'A' pupil throughout high school and graduated as the valedictorian. Her interest in acting was impressed by her model aunt Carol Merrill. Gugino could eventually be a self-sufficient person, when she was granted emancipation at the age of 16.
